Chicken Salad

INGREDIENTS:
2 1/2 cups cooked diced chicken
1 cup of green grapes, cut in half
1 cup chopped celery
1/4 cup chopped green onions
1 cup chopped walnuts
1 tsp salt
1 cup mayo
1 Tbsp lemon juice
DIRECTIONS:
Mix together and chill.
