Quick Teriyaki Shrimp And Rice

INGREDIENTS:
1 lg. onion, chopped
1 clove garlic, crushed
extra virgin olive oil
3/4 Lb. shrimp, thawed, deveined, cut in half
1 Cup cooked rice
teriyaki sauce to taste
DIRECTIONS:
Heat frying pan over medium heat and add enough oil to cover bottom; swirl around sides. Sauté onion and garlic until golden, add rice and shrimp. Sauté for about 5 minutes or until shrimp is pink and done.
YIELD: 2 Servings
